Also it would be nice to have a thread where we can post dog-friendly events in your community. Never know someone maybe driving through there and decide to attend.

Well, I doubt anyone will drive round my area, but eh.

In Hastings (UK) in summer there is going to be a sponsored dog walk... Not that big, but my town is boring xP

Join hundreds of animal lovers and their canine companions at the 20th annual Spring Mutt March, a scenic walk at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Gather your friends and family and enjoy a scenic walk, jog or stroll of up to five miles while raising money to help animals cared for by the Michigan Humane Society.
