| My oldest daughter (who lives on her own now) has 2 dogs, that we get to puppysit for now and then. She has a year old Cockapoo named Paris, and a Pitbull puppy named Tara. I must admit, I am not crazy over Pit's, but Tara is a cutie. Tara And Paris | |

| Tara is very sweet! I'm not much of a fan of pits either, I don't like their heads or body shape x) But she is so pretty =3
Paris is cute. Although i'm not a fan of small poodles AT ALL. xDD

| I love Pitties! They're not on my favorites list though. I've met a few and they were some of the friendliest dogs I have ever met. Someone told me that before the news media started flocking to every story about Pitties biting people, they were considered one of the best family dogs. They have extremely high energy. So does my uncle's JRT. He jump up and bite your hand. He's not mean, he thinks it fun and he doesn't have any chew toys. My uncle won't teach him manners or give him the exercise he needs. If he was a Pit Bull and he did the same thing, you'd call him vicious. I think that people easily mistake playful behavior for vicious behavior. Playful or vicious, it needs to be nipped in the bud with any and all breeds. Pit Bulls are the most popular breed in America now, according to the HSUS. Sorry if I talked your ears off! They are both cute dogs. | |

| I know, BSL is totaly wrong, I don't agree with it, any breed can bite, and every breed of dog should be taught not to bite, playfull or not, at a young age. | |

| Pit bull puppies are definitely some of the cutest. I'm sure there are dogs of any breed with poor breeding that may be unstable (My parents' long-deceased Chihuahua bit everyone who came to our house, or close to everyone who came to our house. And she drew blood on occasion ... bad tempered little dog.), which is unfortunate. Most of the egregious behavior seems to stem from poor training, or the lack thereof. OR letting them run loose where dog packs act like dog packs. As with poorly behaved children, one wonders where the heck their "parents" are and why they have a dog if they aren't going to be bothered to care for it, which includes training.
Yikes ... how did I get up on this "soap box" on such a lovely Saturday, and why don't I take myself outside and play with the dogs instead of typing on the computer? Cheers ... !

| I love Pitties. My daughter has one who is now about 5 months old. *Goes to find picture!* Here is Chiena looking at my camera weird, while guarding her chair. And here she is mauling her kitten, so mean! | |

| I love that picture of the pit and the kitty all snuggled up. It's adorable. If she were a GSD, that one would win the contest. | |
